23 May 2025, Langkawi – Building on its successful collaboration with Turkish Aerospace, G7 Aerospace has expanded its partnerships with key Turkish defence companies at LIMA 2025.

A renewed Teaming Agreement with ASELSAN will support the co-development of a local solution for the RMAF PC-7 Mk II avionics upgrade. G7 also signed a new Teaming Agreement with HAVELSAN to provide design and maintenance support under the upcoming RMAF Obsolescence Direct Purchase Agreement (DPA). Additionally, a Memorandum of Understanding was inked with STM to collaborate on defence drone systems.

CEO Datuk Rosdi Mahmud noted that these partnerships not only enhance G7’s technological and business capabilities, but also position the company as a key platform for bringing Turkish defence solutions to Malaysia and the region. G7’s timely delivery of the ANKA UAS to the RMAF has paved the way for further collaborations aligned with the Malaysia-Türkiye ‘G-to-G Procurement for Defence Products’ MOU.
