ABOUT NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
The G7 Aerospace NDT Team is responsible in conducting inspections for all F/A-18D Hornet aircraft belonging to the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) as part of the Local Planned Maintenance (LPM12Y) program.G7 Aerospace’s NDT department has been certified by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) in Septermber 2023 to conduct four specific types of NDT inspections.
Our NDT/NDI Team is committed to offering comprehensive support for any investigations or problem-solving initiatives. We aim to foster knowledge exchange and gain valuable experience through collaborative efforts.
EDDY CURRENT TESTING
•Our comprehensive eddy-current testing services encompass diverse examination methods, including surface inspection, tubing inspection, and array inspection.
ULTRASONIC TESTING
• Contact testing involves placing a probe directly
on the surface of the material being tested.
• Experience cutting-edge ultrasonic inspection
technology with the Dolphicam2, setting new
standards in advanced diagnostics and precision
imaging for unparalleled results.
PENETRANT TESTING
• Our fluorescent penetrant examination utilizes
color contrast to enhance defect detection.
• Our fluorescent penetrant examination employs
fluorescent agents for enhanced defect visibility.
MAGNETIC TESTING
• Our color contrast magnetic particle testing
utilizes magnetic particles and color contrast to
detect surface defects.
• Our fluorescent magnetic particle testing employs
magnetic particles and fluorescent agents to
enhance defect visibility.
