The Support and Test Equipment Management System (STEMS) is designed to provide a centralized and structured platform for managing calibration items, servicing schedules, and lifecycle records of support and test equipment. Through standardized workflows and controlled processes, STEMS ensures that all equipment data is systematically recorded, monitored, and maintained in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

This enables users to maintain high levels of operational readiness and compliance.

STEMS supports multiple user roles, including Technicians, Managers from G7 Aerospace, and designated Approvers such as JKTEK, Jabatan Arah, and Regiment authorities. Each role is assigned specific access and responsibilities within the system to ensure proper segregation of duties, data integrity, and approval control. By clearly defining roles and permissions, the system enhances accountability, transparency, and governance throughout the equipment management process.


The system covers a wide range of operational functions, including equipment registration, calibration tracking, servicing management, document handling, and status monitoring. Key documentation such as Certificates of Conformity (COC), Delivery Orders (DO), List Orders (LO), and inspection records like Teardown Inspection (TDI) can be securely stored and retrieved in Portable Document Format (PDF). This ensures accurate traceability and easy access to historical records for audits, inspections, and decision-making.


By automating workflows and standardizing processes, STEMS significantly improves process efficiency, reduces manual errors, and enhances data accuracy. Features such as status indicators (e.g., KIV), approval tracking, and reporting capabilities allow stakeholders to proactively manage Test, Precision, and Measuring Equipment (TPME).
