21 May 2025, Langkawi – In a move to strengthen industry-academia collaboration, G7 Aerospace signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) at LIMA 2025. The signing ceremony was witnessed by the Minister of Higher Education, Yang Berhormat Dato' Seri Zambry Abdul Kadir highlighting the government’s support for meaningful engagement between academia and industry.

These MoUs aim to develop future talent pipelines, joint research, and hands-on industry exposure for students in aerospace, systems integration, and defence technology. The partnerships also align with G7 Aerospace’s commitment to nurturing local capabilities and advancing indigenous innovation.
